Australia triumphed in the Over 50s category of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup held in Sydney, securing a narrow 1-0 victory over Viti Boys Canada in a thrilling final.

The winning goal was scored by Vinesh Kumar during the second half of the match. Kumar’s performance earned him the Golden Ball Award, while Australia’s goalkeeper Manoj Kumar received the Golden Glove. Jitendra Nair from Viti Boys Canada was awarded the Golden Boot for his five goals throughout the tournament.

In the Over 45 category, NZ Lautoka emerged victorious, defeating NZ Nadroga 3-1.
