Australia secured the Over 50s championship title at the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup in Sydney, defeating Viti Boys Canada 1-0 in a thrilling final. Vinesh Kumar scored the decisive goal in the second half of the match.

Kumar was honored with the Golden Ball Award, while Australia’s goalkeeper, Manoj Kumar, received the Golden Glove. Jitendra Nair from Viti Boys Canada was awarded the Golden Boot for his remarkable achievement of scoring five goals during the tournament.

In another competitive match, NZ Lautoka triumphed over NZ Nadroga with a score of 3-1 to claim the Over 45 title.
