The reigning champions, NZFFI Auckland All Stars, are set to showcase a formidable lineup in the 2024 Flick Hygiene Pacific Community Cup, which kicks off tomorrow at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
Under the guidance of Coach Josaia Bukalidi, the team features a 22-member squad that includes a blend of experienced former Fiji internationals and several notable guest players. Among the standout names are veteran goalkeeper Ravinesh Narayan, Beniamino Mateinaqara, Samuela Drudru, and Gabriel Matanisiga. Other key players include Munit Krishna, Abbu Zahid, Rinal Prasad, Andrew Naicker, Mohammed Raheem, Mohammed Shuaib Khan, James Hoyt, Noa Vukica, Mohammed Shazil Ali, and Malakai Rakula.
The squad also welcomes guest players such as Augustin Contratti, Nicolas Bobadilla, Eber Ramirez, Hector Echague, Andrew Abba, and Hamish Watson, adding further depth and talent to the team.
The Auckland All Stars will begin their title defense against Rewa, the winners of the DFPL, at 7:30 PM tomorrow.
