Attorney-General Graham Leung has urged Acting Director of Public Prosecutions John Rabuku to resign.
Leung emphasized in a statement that the office holds more significance than any individual.
“It is regrettable that the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions (Rabuku) has chosen to remain in office following the opinion of the Supreme Court,” Leung stated.
