Aquam Insula’s $60 Million Investment: A Game Changer for Fiji’s Maritime Economy

The Aquam Insula Maritime Lifestyle has invested a total of $60 million into the economy over the past 13 years. This was announced by President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere at the inauguration of the Aquam Insula Maritime Lifestyle warehouse located at Port Denarau Marina on Friday.

During his remarks, the President emphasized that the new warehouse enhances the quality and excellence of the Aquam Insula brand. He noted that the economic contributions of Aquam Insula have had a positive impact on the wellbeing of its employees and the nation’s economy as a whole.

Ratu Wiliame highlighted that the warehouse operates entirely on solar power, recognizing the efforts of owners Toralf Dittmann and Silke Dittmann in promoting sustainable energy practices. He described the facility as offering a luxurious maritime experience, designed to elevate the domestic super yacht sector.

According to the President, the warehouse is filled with a wide range of premium products from certified manufacturers, marking a significant advancement for Denarau and its economic landscape in the super yacht industry.
