The Aquam Insula Maritime Lifestyle has invested a total of $60 million into the economy over the past 13 years. This announcement was made by President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere during the launch of the Aquam Insula Maritime Lifestyle warehouse at Port Denarau Marina on Friday.
President Katonivere highlighted that the new warehouse enhances the quality and excellence associated with Aquam Insula. He noted that the company’s investments have improved the wellbeing of its employees and commended their significant contributions to the national economy.
He proudly mentioned that the warehouse operates completely on solar power and praised the owners, Toralf Dittmann and Silke Dittmann, for their commitment to green energy initiatives.
The warehouse is designed to provide a luxurious maritime experience, offering a wide range of premium products from certified manufacturers to enhance the domestic super yacht industry. The President emphasized that this facility adds considerable value to Denarau and the nation’s super yacht sector, marking it as a positive development for the economy in this key area.
