The 2020 Olympic Bronze medal-winning speedster, Alowesi Nakoci, is excited to reunite with the team for the upcoming Paris Olympics and is hopeful for a different experience this time around.
Despite facing challenges in their preparations and enduring intense three-day training sessions without rest, Nakoci emphasized the team’s unity and dedication towards their goal of Olympic success.
The 32-year-old will enter her second Olympics after competing in Tokyo in 2020. She anticipates a more vibrant and crowded stadium atmosphere.
The team’s strong bond and continuous improvement during training sessions have been crucial in their journey towards the Olympics, and Nakoci expressed pride in the team’s collective effort.
“The team we are all in and working together, we give it all in training as we know we are not just representing the country, we are also representing our families back home, so we have been working so hard,” said Nakoci.
With the goal of standing on the podium once more, Nakoci highlighted their determination to make the most of the Paris Olympics.
