All Blacks Set for Clash: Special Moments and Debuts Await!

Fiji-born All Blacks winger Sevu Reece is set to start on the left wing in the match against Japan this Saturday. This game holds special significance for Blues veteran Patrick Tuipulotu, who will captain the All Blacks for the first time in his international career. Meanwhile, Peter Lakai and Ruben Love are positioned to make their debuts as both have been named among the reserves.

The front row will feature Tamaiti Williams, Asafo Aumua, and Pasilio Tosi, with the locks consisting of Sam Darry and Tuipulotu. Flankers Samipeni Finau and Vice Captain Sam Cane will join Wallace Sititi at number 8.

Cam Roigard will be making his first start at number 9, while Damien McKenzie will take on the role of flyhalf. Reece will be joined by Mark Tele’a on the wings. The midfield will see the pairing of Anton Lienert-Brown and Billy Proctor, with Stephen Perofeta starting at fullback.

Covering for the forwards will be George Bell, Ofa Tu’ungafasi, Fletcher Newell, Josh Lord, and Lakai, while the backline reserves will include TJ Perenara, David Havili, and Love. The match is scheduled to kick off at 5:50 PM at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama.
