Stylish playmaker Akuila Rokolisoa will not participate in the forthcoming Hong Kong and Singapore legs of the tournament, as the All Blacks 7s announced their 13-man squad. Along with Rokolisoa, Xavier Tito-Harris, Lewis Ormond, and Roderick Solo are also sidelined due to injuries. However, the squad receives a strategic boost with the return of Amanaki Nicole.

Dylan Collier has been named the new captain, with Sione Molia taking on the role of vice-captain.
