Residents of the gold mining town of Tavua are benefitting from the opening of Al Hamd Smart Living’s sixth retail outlet. The new store was funded by a $60,000 investment and offers consumers a variety of new products, ranging from the latest LED lights to chic blinds.

Al Hamd’s latest offering includes contemporary prefabricated two-bedroom container homes from China. The prefab container homes are ISO9001 certificated and custom-built according to Khan’s specifications.

Khan and a team of certified local engineers collaborate to assemble these units. The prefab offices are currently priced at $12,000, while the two-bedroom homes are being sold for $14,000.

Al Hamd Smart Living also operates five other outlets located in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori, and Nadi. The company has experienced steady growth since it began its operations in 2012.
