Asian Development Bank representatives paid a courtesy visit to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Strategic Planning, National Development, and Statistics, Professor Biman Prasad, today.
Leah Gutierrez, Director General of the Pacific Department, and Aaron Batten, Regional Director of the Pacific Sub Regional Office, provided updates on ongoing support for various sectors including water, coastal operations, health, roads, and bridges, as well as private sector financing.
Professor Prasad acknowledged the Asian Development Bank’s support, highlighting the ADB as a key strategic partner for development with an enduring relationship that has lasted over five decades since 1970.
