Thirteen students were treated at Vunidawa Hospital following an accident in Navuniasi, Naitasiri, earlier today. According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACP) Livai Driu, the driver reportedly lost control of the carrier, which caused the vehicle to veer off the road and led to the incident. Police are currently on site carrying out investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
