During his visit to Fiji, he revealed that the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Muddenahali, India, will offer scholarships in medical, paramedical, and nursing fields to healthcare professionals in Fiji.

This esteemed institution, which was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, presents a great opportunity for Fijian healthcare workers to upgrade their skills and gain expertise in advanced medical techniques. Significantly, these scholarships will be granted at no cost, representing a remarkable commitment to the wellbeing of the Fijian people. According to Dr. Krupali Tappoo, Director of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children’s Hospital, five nurses from the Hospital will be among the first recipients, showcasing the immediate impact of this initiative.
