A 28-year-old man has been charged with the rape of his 5-year-old niece, according to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. This individual is among 10 people facing a total of 25 charges related to sexual offenses as of September.
The ODPP reported that there were 10 victims last month, with eight of them being minors under the age of 18. Notably, there were six cases in which the victims and the accused were related.
In a separate incident, a 29-year-old man was charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault involving his 15-year-old niece. Additionally, a 46-year-old man has been charged with two counts of raping his 41-year-old wife.
Another case involves a 20-year-old man charged with four counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, two counts of indecent assault, and one count of sexual assault against his 17-year-old cousin. Furthermore, a 20-year-old man was charged with the rape of his 10-year-old male cousin. In another incident, a 25-year-old man faces charges of rape and sexual assault against a 14-year-old boy.
Additionally, a 29-year-old man was charged with attempted rape and sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl from his village, while a 20-year-old man was charged with the rape of an 11-year-old girl from his village.
