28 Leadership Fiji Graduates Spark Community Impact Across Fiji

Twenty-eight participants of the 2025 Leadership Fiji program celebrated their graduation in Suva last week after a year filled with training and significant community engagement. The graduates took part in various initiatives, demonstrating their commitment to making a difference in their local communities.

Over the past year, the group has been actively involved in organizing donation drives to support the Dilkusha Children’s Home and WOWS Kids Fiji, raising funds for children’s activities in the North, and delivering essential supplies to schools including Dama District School and Vunidogoloa. Their efforts also extended to providing clothing and linen to St. Giles Hospital and executing a major project at the Golden Age Home in Samabula.

The Leadership Fiji program aims to equip participants with practical leadership skills while addressing the challenges faced by communities across the nation. This initiative echoes similar training programs that focus on preparing young leaders in Fiji, highlighting the growing recognition of the importance of youth engagement in community development.

The spirit of these programs fosters hope and empowerment within the youth, encouraging them to leverage their skills and compassion for the greater good. By nurturing the next generation of leaders, the initiatives not only promote personal development but also enhance collective contributions toward building stronger and more cohesive communities in Fiji.
