The Ministry of Education has released the school term dates for the year 2025. Selina Kuruleca, the Permanent Secretary for Education, encouraged parents and students to begin planning for the new academic year.
Term 1 is scheduled to take place from January 27 to May 2, lasting 14 weeks, followed by a two-week holiday from May 5 to May 16. Term 2 will commence on May 19 and conclude on August 22, also spanning 14 weeks, with the school holidays occurring from August 25 to September 5 for another two weeks.
The third term is set to run from September 8 to December 5, lasting 13 weeks, and students will have a longer holiday break from December 8 to January 23, 2026, totaling seven weeks.
