The Fiji Police Mpaisa Task Force has charged a 20-year-old man from Narere for allegedly obtaining financial advantage by deception.
The man is accused of dishonestly obtaining $290 from a member of the public on February 13, 2024, for an item posted for sale on Facebook, which he then failed to deliver.
He has been charged with one count of obtaining financial advantage by deception and will appear at the Nasinu Magistrates Court today.
