Water Woes at Navua Hospital: What’s the Plan?

The Ministry of Health has announced that it is coordinating with the Water Authority of Fiji to refill two 10,000-liter water tanks at Navua Hospital. This announcement follows reports from residents in Navua and nearby areas about a disruption in the hospital’s water supply. In the meantime, bottled water is being supplied to patients and staff at the hospital. Visitors, including ambulatory patients, are advised to bring their own drinking water to supplement the hospital’s provisions. The Ministry is actively working with the Water Authority to ensure that the water supply to the hospital is restored promptly.
