Wakaya Perfection is set to make waves in the U.S. market by broadcasting its offerings on a prominent television network, reaching over 900 million households. The company, founded by the late David Gilmour of Fiji Water fame and his business partner David Roth, continues to enhance the brand presence of Fiji both in the U.S. and internationally.

David M. Roth, co-owner, co-founder, and CEO of Wakaya Perfection, announced that their products will be available on the Home Shopping Network (HSN), which targets a demographic that is predominantly female, aged between 25 to 66, and possesses an average income exceeding $65,000. HSN, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, has been a pioneer in television shopping since its inception 45 years ago, appealing largely to audiences in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

Wakaya Perfection focuses on organic, kosher, and halal Fijian products including ginger and turmeric, aiming to market these globally through rigorous processing and packaging standards. Roth shared that he and Gilmour envisioned developing Fiji’s agricultural sector to foster exports of high-end, processed organic products like kava and sea salt.

In addition to highlighting the agricultural exports of Fiji-grown products such as tea infused with ginger and turmeric, Roth expressed a strong commitment to investing further in Fiji’s agriculture and tourism sectors. He emphasized that local farmers would benefit significantly from this partnership, as Wakaya Perfection plans to offer technical support and premium pricing for their produce. This initiative could pave the way for Fiji to carve out a niche for organic farming and export, satisfying the growing international consumer demand for high-quality agricultural products.

The efforts by Wakaya Perfection signal a bright future for Fiji’s agricultural landscape, with the potential for sustainable growth and increased income for local farmers.

In summary, Wakaya Perfection’s move to broadcast on HSN represents a significant opportunity to promote Fijian products. With Roth’s commitment to developing the agricultural sector and supporting local farmers, Fiji stands to enhance its global reputation for quality organic exports. This partnership looks hopeful for both the company and the local economy.
