The Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation has committed $20,000 to aid relief and recovery efforts in the aftermath of a severe earthquake that struck Vanuatu. This generous contribution was officially presented to Ravendra Chand, the Chief Financial Officer of Vodafone Vanuatu, at the Vodafone Headquarters in Tamavua. This action underscores the Foundation’s commitment to supporting communities in times of crisis through its Vodafone Red Alert (VRA) program.

The VRA program plays a critical role in the Foundation’s disaster response initiatives, focusing on providing assistance to areas ravaged by natural disasters. This commitment signifies not only a focus on immediate recovery but also on fostering resilience and rebuilding affected communities.

Chairman of the Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation, Ivan Fong, articulated the importance of a united response in difficult times.
