Police have questioned a couple following their appearance in videos that gained significant attention on social media. According to Divisional Police Commander West SSP Iakobo Vaisewa, officers intervened during a dispute between the couple, which the woman later explained was related to a family matter.
Witnesses captured the incident on video, in which bystanders attempted to mediate, ultimately leading to the man fleeing the scene with the child. Despite the turmoil, the woman chose not to file a formal complaint or take further action regarding the incident.
Authorities from Namaka Police Station have since advised the couple to find peaceful resolutions to their conflicts, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing their child and family stability.
