Varun Karan has resigned as head coach of the Nadroga Stallions to focus on his family and career commitments.
Former Nadi coach and Nadroga’s technical adviser, Kamal Swamy, will assume the coaching responsibilities.
Karan confirmed his decision, highlighting the challenges of balancing coaching duties with personal obligations.
“Fiji FACT was my last tournament with the team. I have family and work commitments, so it is difficult for me to travel from Nadi to stay in sync with the team,” he explained.
Karan expressed the possibility of returning to coaching in the future, but for now, he will concentrate on his family and career.
