Varun Karan has resigned as the chief coach of the Nadroga Stallions, prioritizing his personal and career obligations. Following Karan’s departure, the baton will be passed on to Kamal Swamy, former Nadi coach and Nadroga’s technical adviser. Karan confirmed this news to FijiLive, expressing the challenges he faced in juggling coaching duties and personal responsibilities. He added, “Fiji FACT was my last tournament with the team. Considering my family and work commitments, it is tough to commute all the way from Nadi and keep up with the team.” Although he hasn’t ruled out a return to coaching, Karan has decided to concentrate on his family and career for the time being.
