The University of the South Pacific (USP) will hold its council meeting in the Cook Islands from November 23rd to 25th. Mr. Radrodro confirmed that one of the main agenda items will focus on staff issues stemming from a recent protest.
The meeting aims to address concerns raised by the USP Staff Union and the Association of the University of the South Pacific Staff, particularly regarding the leadership of Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Pal Ahluwalia. Last month, both organizations went on strike, citing dissatisfaction with his leadership.
