Students at Naroi District School and Yasayasa Moala College in Lau expressed their joy during a recent visit from Education Minister Aseri Radrodro and other government officials.
The visit provided an opportunity for not only the students and teachers but also parents and community members to engage with the minister. A traditional welcome ceremony was held, featuring meke performances by the students.
During his speech, Minister Radrodro underscored the significance of collaboration in education. He pointed out the necessity of collective efforts from all parties involved, including parents, teachers, government, and the community, in order to offer the best support for children.
Radrodro emphasized that by joining forces, they could empower future generations and foster a brighter future for the students of Moala. He urged unity and commitment to ensure that every child receives the education they deserve. This visit was part of a government officials’ tour conducted in the Lau Group last week.
