Furthermore, an 18-year-old man was charged with the rape of his 9-year-old stepsister, while a 20-year-old was accused of five counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault of his 14-year-old stepsister. Another alarming report involved a 47-year-old man charged with attempted rape and sexual assault of an 11-year-old boy, and a 22-year-old man faced charges for the abduction of a 17-year-old girl, who was his girlfriend at the time.
