Ratu Vuniyani Navuniuci, the Momo Levu Na Tui Nadi, has strongly criticized SODELPA politician Seremaia Tuiteci over claims that he and Tui Nawaka Ratu Joeli Bulu plan to join SODELPA. In a vehemently worded letter to the media, Ratu Vuniyani categorically denied the allegations made by Tuiteci, who is the President of the SODELPA Ba/West/Yasawa Constituency.
Ratu Vuniyani stated that neither he nor Ratu Joeli Bulu has ever expressed any intention of leaving their current political ties or joining SODELPA. He described the claims as entirely false and misleading, accusing Tuiteci of fabricating statements that misrepresent his position for personal gain.
Both Ratu Vuniyani and Tui Nawaka have demanded a public apology from Tuiteci for spreading what they consider to be lies and for trying to create division within their communities. Ratu Vuniyani underscored his commitment to his people and expressed strong support for Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka’s leadership.
He urged media outlets and the public to dismiss the false claims and uphold the truth, affirming his dedication to maintaining unity and transparency within his community.
