A tragic road accident occurred early this morning in Koromumu, Sigatoka, claiming the life of a 62-year-old man. The incident took place around 1:00 AM when the man was driving along the Queens Road. His vehicle reportedly veered off the road and collided with the railings.
A passing driver noticed the situation and stopped to check on the man, but unfortunately found him unresponsive. Emergency services were called, and he was transported to Sigatoka Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
