A tragic incident in Sigatoka has resulted in the death of a 62-year-old man. The accident occurred around 1:00 AM while the victim was driving along Queens Road in Koromumu. His vehicle veered off the road and collided with railings.

A passing driver noticed the vehicle and stopped to check on its occupant, discovering that the man was unresponsive. He was promptly taken to Sigatoka Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead upon arrival.
