A 3-year-old boy tragically drowned in Levuka yesterday afternoon. Authorities revealed that the child’s body was discovered floating in Totogo Creek. A 14-year-old student made the grim finding just a short distance from the boy’s home. The victim’s body has been taken to the Levuka Hospital mortuary while investigations are ongoing.
