Raiwaqa Police are investigating the death of a woman who was severely injured by her partner yesterday. According to a police statement, the incident was reported to the Raiwaqa Police Station shortly after the victim was discovered unresponsive in her home.
Authorities indicated that the couple had an intense argument during which the suspect allegedly threw an object, leading to the victim’s fatal injuries. The woman attempted to escape the scene, and police are currently searching for the suspect.
A post-mortem examination is set to take place soon as investigations are ongoing.
