A 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman are facing manslaughter charges due to a failure to fulfill their parental responsibilities. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has charged them with neglecting to seek medical attention for their 1-year-and-6-month-old sick daughter, which ultimately led to her tragic death.

In a separate case, a 25-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his 59-year-old grandmother. Reports indicate that the accused allegedly struck the victim with a cane knife, resulting in her death.
