Tour Managers has introduced Kimaya, a new brand aimed at reflecting the company’s dedication to providing personalized travel experiences. This rebranding was unveiled during the opening of the renovated Yatule Resort and Spa in Natadola, Sigatoka last week.
The refurbishment, which cost $5 million, also featured a new staff uniform reveal. Damend Gounder, Managing Director of Tour Managers Fiji Group and Yatule Resort and Spa, stated that the Kimaya brand is the result of years of hard work, passion, and a steadfast belief in the company’s commitment to excellence.
“We are making significant progress that symbolizes not only the company’s growth but also the evolution of our brand and vision,” Gounder commented. He emphasized the company’s longstanding aim to create unforgettable experiences for guests while delivering value to shareholders and stakeholders.
The name Kimaya is inspired by Gounder’s granddaughter, who is four years old. He explained, “Kimaya is more than just a brand; it represents a promise to our guests, partners, and community. It signifies the importance of emotions and crafting memorable experiences.”
Under the Kimaya brand, the company plans to prioritize innovation, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and fostering meaningful connections. Gounder highlighted that the Kimaya brand reflects the experiences of shareholders and staff and embodies the aspirations, values, and commitment to excellence of Tour Managers Fiji.
