Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka arrived in Tonga this morning to participate in the 53rd Pacific Island Forum Leaders Meeting 2024. The meeting, themed “Transformative Resilient Pasifiki: Build Better Now,” is scheduled to run from August 26 to 30. The Government of Tonga is hosting the Forum, with Tongan Prime Minister Hu’akavemeiliku Siaosi Sovaleni serving as the chair. Later today, Rabuka is set to meet with the Fijian diaspora in Tonga.
