BSP Financial Group Limited and Australian Business Volunteers have introduced the Fiji THRIVE Programme in the Northern region, focusing on supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The initiative successfully concluded the initial phase of a six-month coaching and mentoring program.
Ravindra Singh, BSP General Manager Retail, highlighted BSP’s dedication to MSMEs and urged participants to seize the opportunity for growth, despite facing challenges. “As your bank, we take pride in your achievements. This program is demanding, but with determination and the resources provided, you can overcome any obstacles and succeed,” said Singh.
The Fiji THRIVE Programme offers free coaching from ABV’s seasoned business professionals and has been rebranded from the ‘Your Enterprise Scheme’ to better fit the Fijian market. The acronym THRIVE is aligned with the program’s mission to cultivate a resilient, inclusive, and vibrant economy.
In the Northern Division, ABV professionals Kaylene Benson and Cathy Corderoy are offering essential guidance, assisting businesses in navigating local challenges. This initiative underscores BSP’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and economic development in Fiji.
