Three teenagers are set to appear in Suva Magistrates Court today, facing charges for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old boy in Lami last month. The individuals involved include two juveniles, aged 13 and 15, as well as an 18-year-old.
The incident reportedly occurred at a relative’s home of the victim towards the end of August, where the accused allegedly coerced the boy into performing sexual acts.
The victim’s mother filed a report with the Lami Police Station earlier this week, leading to the charges of rape against the three suspects, who will be presented in court today.
