Yeshnil Karan capped a landmark weekend for Fiji, finishing fourth in the 3000m steeplechase and securing a Commonwealth Games qualifying standard at the NZ Championships. Battling foot pain and tough training conditions back home, he now heads toward the Oceania Championships in Darwin.
