Suva emerged as the dominant force in the Vodafone Kaji Rugby Championship, which wrapped up at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva yesterday. The team celebrated victories in the Boys category, winning titles in both the U13 and U14 divisions.
In the U13 match, Suva secured a decisive 15-0 victory against Ovalau, while in the U14 division, they showcased their skills with a 14-0 defeat of Ra.
On the other hand, the Girls titles for both age groups were claimed by teams from Vanua Levu. Cakaudrove triumphed in the U14 Kajiana girls final, defeating Taveuni 12-0, while Taveuni snagged the U13 title.
The three-day championship featured intense competition among 17 districts participating in the U13 and U14 grades, highlighting the growing popularity and talent in youth rugby across the region.
