Sunflower Aviation Soars with ISO 9001:2015 Certification

SUNFLOWER Aviation Ltd, part of the Joyce Aviation Fiji Group, has achieved certification for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, which is recognized internationally. The company emphasized that this accomplishment highlights its dedication to providing outstanding service and operational excellence across its main areas of focus, including domestic air charters, fixed base operations, and aircraft maintenance and support services.

In a recent statement, the company remarked, “ISO certification is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world.” It confirms a company’s capability to meet customer and regulatory requirements consistently, ensuring high quality and ongoing improvement.

To become compliant with ISO 9001:2015, Sunflower Aviation underwent a comprehensive audit process throughout the organization. This included developing a quality management system, reviewing management system documentation, conducting a pre-audit and initial assessment, as well as addressing any non-conformities.
