Sunflower Aviation Soars with ISO 9001:2015 Certification

SUNFLOWER Aviation Ltd, a part of the Joyce Aviation Fiji Group, has received certification for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, a globally recognized standard. This milestone highlights the company’s commitment to providing outstanding service and operational excellence in its key areas, including domestic air charters, fixed base operations, and aircraft maintenance and support services.

In a statement released this week, the company noted that achieving ISO certification is a significant accomplishment, reflecting rigorous standards that validate a company’s ability to consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations, ensuring quality and ongoing improvement.

To attain ISO 9001:2015 compliance, Sunflower Aviation underwent a comprehensive audit process, which included the development of a quality management system, a review of management system documentation, a pre-audit, initial assessment, and the resolution of any non-conformities.
