Ratu Naiqama praised the Indonesian government for its contributions to the Pacific region, highlighting their advancements in MMSE, which he noted as an area where Indonesia excels and offers valuable lessons for others. He emphasized Indonesia’s significant population of nearly 300 million, recognizing it as a substantial market and expressing curiosity about how the country has achieved progress across various development sectors, including military and police. Ratu Naiqama expressed a desire to strengthen the relationship between Fiji and Indonesia.
