SUNFLOWER Aviation Ltd, part of the Joyce Aviation Fiji Group, has received certification for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, recognized internationally. The company highlighted that this milestone reflects its dedication to providing high-quality service and operational excellence in its primary areas, which include domestic air charters, fixed base operations, and aircraft maintenance and support services.

In a statement released this week, the company noted that ISO certification is one of the most demanding and respected standards globally, confirming its ability to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while ensuring high quality and ongoing improvement.

To achieve ISO 9001:2015 compliance, Sunflower Aviation went through a comprehensive company-wide audit, which involved developing a quality management system, reviewing management system documentation, conducting a pre-audit, initial assessment, and addressing any non-conformities.
