Fiji’s cruiserweight boxer, Sebastian “The Sniper” Singh, is feeling optimistic and prepared for his upcoming IBO Asia Pacific Cruiserweight title bout against Tonga’s King Tonga Tongotongo, organized by South Pacific Boxing Promotion.
Singh reports that he is not experiencing significant pressure as the fight approaches, even though he acknowledges some pre-fight nerves. He finds motivation in the chance to compete in front of his local supporters, particularly the children he mentors.
His training camp has been rigorous, and Singh is eager to enter the ring. “We have been training hard; it’s fight week now, and I’m looking forward to jumping into the ring,” Singh stated.
He recognizes the challenges he faces and respects the effort put in by his team. He is aiming to perform at a high level on fight night, with hopes for a successful outcome.
Singh highlighted his experience against tough opponents, expressing confidence in his capacity to meet the challenge. “I have fought big fights before; the nerves come from competing against such significant challengers. I just can’t wait to get in the ring and do my job.”
With a wealth of experience on international platforms, Singh is excited to demonstrate his talent and resolve before his home audience.
