SCGF Shines Bright with Four Silver Awards at FHRI 2024!

The Sugar Cane Growers Fund (SCGF) recently achieved significant recognition by winning four awards at the Fiji Human Resource Institute (FHRI) Awards 2024. SCGF’s chief executive officer, Raj Sharma, expressed pride in their accomplishments, noting that the organization received silver awards in all categories during their inaugural entry into the FHRI Awards.

Sharma emphasized the SCGF’s commitment to employee well-being, engagement, and growth, highlighting the importance of fostering a business culture that promotes transparency, integrity, innovation, and collaboration. He remarked that the organization’s human resources strategies aim to establish a supportive and motivating workplace, contributing to increased employee satisfaction and reduced turnover, while cultivating a positive organizational culture.
