SCGF Celebrates Four Silver Wins at FHRI Awards 2024!

The Sugar Cane Growers Fund (SCGF) recently achieved recognition by winning four awards at the Fiji Human Resource Institute Awards 2024. Raj Sharma, the CEO of SCGF, expressed pride in the organization’s accomplishment of receiving silver awards in every category during its inaugural year of participation in the FHRI Awards.

Sharma emphasized the organization’s commitment to employee well-being, engagement, and development, promoting a business culture that prioritizes transparency, integrity, innovation, and collaboration. He noted that SCGF’s human resources strategies focus on creating a supportive and motivating workplace, which has led to increased employee satisfaction and reduced turnover rates.
