Ram emphasized the significance of the event, noting, “Sports have the power to bring us together. Through this World Cup, we aim to unite our global Sanatan community and create an atmosphere that not only promotes sports within our community but also celebrates our unique culture and heritage.”

He revealed that this year’s World Cup will feature a mix of sports and cultural events, including soccer, netball, volleyball, golf, and billiard. He confirmed the participation of teams from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Canada, and the United States of America.

“The organizing committee has been working tirelessly to ensure the event is a success, aiming to surpass the achievements of the last tournament held in Queensland. It is a proud moment for the Sanatan community in Sydney to host this prestigious tournament, and the 10th Sanatan World Cup is poised to be one of the biggest ethnic World Cups held globally,” Ram stated.

Ram also mentioned that the World Cup will be sanctioned by the Fiji Football Association, expressing gratitude to Fiji FA President Rajesh Patel and Chief Executive Mohammed Yusuf for their ongoing support.

The World Cup is scheduled to occur from September 26-29 at the Blacktown Spartan Sporting Complex and is sponsored by Rams Group of Companies.
