“Rugby Star Salesi Rayasi Makes Major Career Move”

Salesi Rayasi, the outside back, has wrapped up his tenure with the Hurricanes by signing a two-year deal with French club Vannes. The winger ends his time with the Wellington-based team after an impressive 50 appearances.

At 27 years old, Rayasi’s move to France means he will no longer be eligible to play for the All Blacks. Nevertheless, Rayasi is open to the idea of representing the Flying Fijians, honoring the legacy of his father, Filipe Rayasi, who was a Fijian international and played fullback for the national team 13 times.
