Tomasi Seru Junior, a former Head Boy of Queen Victoria School, is set to make his debut for Stade Rochelais as he has been included in the starting 23 for their match against Bayonne in round 6 of the French Top 14.
The 20-year-old, who previously played for the Kaiviti Silktails and joined La Rochelle last year, has made a significant impact in the club’s 7s program. Now, he has been chosen to start from the bench in their third away game of the season.
The young athlete from Ketei Village on Totoya Island will wear jersey number 22 and will play as outside centre and wing cover.
La Rochelle’s match against Bayonne is scheduled for 2:30 AM tomorrow.
