Flying Fijians Head Coach Mick Byrne has expressed his confidence in Isaiah Armstrong Ravula as he takes on the fullback role in today’s Pacific Nations Cup semifinal against the USA. Byrne emphasized Ravula’s background as a fly-half, noting that his skills will transition well into the fullback position.
“Isaiah is a talented young player. Coming from the number 10 position, he knows what playmakers seek, allowing him to anticipate and occupy space quickly,” Byrne stated. He further highlighted Ravula’s capability to read the game, which he believes will benefit him in his new role.
