Christopher Wasasala expressed his disappointment following his team, the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF), suffering a significant 6-1 defeat to the Police team in Suva. In a statement to SUNsports, he apologized to their supporters and emphasized the need for more backing for the RFMF football side in the future.

Despite the disappointing outcome, Wasasala indicated that the loss would serve as a catalyst for improvement.
